“Great food was a priority for Trevor and I when we were trying to decide who to higher to cater our wedding for 200 guests. Keith came highly recommended from a close friend and when he emailed us some of the food ideas he had for our wedding we knew right away that he was the right chef. Keith was always very professional and willing to go above and beyond in helping us to ensure we had a successful outdoor wedding July 23, 2010. Trevor and I wanted something different that people would remember and we wanted to incorporate all of our favorite foods. Keith came up with the idea to have “Foods of the World”. We loved this idea and went with it. We gave him seven of our favorite foods and he created an unbelievable menu. His enthusiasm and perfection for catering clearly was demonstrated in his food preparation and presentation. The food was amazing and I had several guests approach me just to say that the food was superb. In addition, he surprised us with two 6’ fruit trees that he had created for our fondue table which were also very creative and a hit. Keith was very easy to talk to and work with. He brought several ideas to the table that we truly appreciated. He went over and above our expectations and the night was such a success.”
