BBQ Season is just begining

Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone for a tremendously busy summer so far… and so much more to come. We here at personal chef Ontario, have been blessed with a great season of BBQ weather, and we’ve done quite a few of them. The grill is such a great tool isn’t it? You can use it like an oven, you can do low and slow temperature smoking, you can do braising, cook soup, make desserts, and obviously, you can cook a mean steak.

This brings me to my secret passion I want to share with you all, BBQ’ing. Every chance I get, I would rather cook on the BBQ rather than in an oven, just so many more possibilities. I just recently bought a cookbook to make pizza on the grill, crazy eh?. I can’t wait until a little free time arrives where I can start trying out and improvising some of the recipes.

I’ve actually created a separate website devoted to bringing you knowledge, recipes, and products that will get YOU the best grilling experience possible. It is a constant work in progress though, so if there is a recipe, tidbit of info, youtube video, or product that I have forgotten, please feel free to email me.
