What a relief it was to discover Keith Little’s website!! I had booked a local caterer for a dinner party and due to the lack of communication and service, I decided to look elsewhere. From the initial phone conversation with Keith, I knew I would receive a more professional and personal service. Rather than deliver a precooked meal to your home, Littlebitedifferent offers a completely unique service. Keith took the time to visit with me to discuss the menu options and get a sense of the kind of meal and setup we could arrange. There were many questions and concerns leading up to the event, but Keith provided ongoing communication and wonderful suggestions. On the day of event, he arrived early in the day with groceries in hand and within an hour, the beautiful aroma of fine cuisine filtered through the house.
As the evening unfolded, we were treated to a gourmet four course meal. My guests were oohing and awing from the onset. We started with a delicious appetizer (Mango, apple and mint salsa served on French baguette toasts and topped with melted brie). For our second course, we enjoyed an incredible Soup Duo. Then it was on to the seafood entree (pan seared swordfish with roasted garlic Yukon potates, mashed sweet potatoes and buttered baby vegetables and a green peppercorn cream sauce) which everyone devoured with gusto, even my less adventurous seafood eaters. All of this to be topped off with our final course, a decadent dessert (Dueling Chocolate: Mocha crème Brulee, and a double dark chocolate brownie). Throughout the evening, Keith shared information about each of the courses. My guests were thoroughly impressed with the food, the presentation, and Keith’s demeanor.
This event was a huge success. I highly recommend this service. It will most definitely exceed your expectations as it did mine.
