Course #1  ~ Gourmet charcuterie selection (for the group) with assorted ripened cheeses, grapes seasonal fruit and crusty artisan style French bread.

Course #2  ~ Passion fruit granita

Course #3  ~ Seared scallop appetizer with sautéed brunoise saffron vegetables and lightly dressed baby pea shoots.

*Pairs with Sauvignon Blanc

Course #4  ~ Classic Insalata Caprese with hothouse tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil and blueberry balsamic vinaigrette.

Course #5   ~ Cold Smoked duck breast and baby watercress salad with dried cherries, toasted hazelnuts and champagne vinaigrette.

*Pairs with Zinfandel

Course #6  ~ Pear and Guava sorbet

Course #7   ~ Puff pastry wrapped breast of chicken stuffed with forest mushrooms and fresh herbs, and a white wine cream grain mustard reduction. Served with Saffron blanched, sea salt roasted tricolor new potatoes and a baby vegetable bundle wrapped in leeks.

*Pairs with Sauvignon Blanc

Course #8   ~ Trio of Chocolate: Mocha crème brulee, chocolate pot de crème, and a dark chocolate brownie. Served with fresh minted orange segments.
